 Students will prepare for class by studying key vocabulary and expressions, as well as by considering the topic to be studied.
 In class, we will focus on reading, checking for comprehension, and discussing the readings. We will also take TOEIC practice tests (not the listening sections).
 After class, students will review and reflect on the lesson and what was learned.
 Students are encouraged to keep track of reading time and their comprehension scores to check progress and identify areas to practice more.

 The teacher will use both the communicative method and task-based learning in class.
 The communicative method means that students will learn new language or techniques, practice it in simple ways, and then have conversations. Task-based learning means that students will have a project in class to finish and through the project you will learn new language. At the end of each lesson, we will consider what was learned and how it can be used outside of class.
